Are many of your company policies and/or procedures not documented or out of date?
Many businesses have policies or procedure manuals that are sitting on a shelf or on the intranet that haven’t been updated for years. You may even have conflicting policies or documents which can also lead to major confusion for the end-users.
Are system crashes/freezes a frequent occurrence?
Are you looking towards meeting standards such as ITIL, ISO9000, Imagine Canada or any other standard/certification or compliance?
Getting all the documents organized and ready for an application can be a challenge. Let’s sit down and go over what is needed to meet the standard and then work on setting up a plan to get everything done.

Why can’t I send a large email out? Now here is a question that a lot of email administrators hear over and over again. Do you have this answer documented and available to the end-users? Maybe what is needed is a FAQ on some of the questions that you get asked to help reduce the interruptions that you get to answer the basic questions over and over.
Are your systems running slow and/or periodically unresponsive?
Do staff often ask you what you are referring to?
As an IT professional do you keep hearing that people don’t understand what you are talking about? Like a lot of people we get into the habit of using a number of abbreviations that we know what they mean but others may not. Let’s try and review some of the communication or documents and see if we can help reduce these complaints.
Are you finding that you can't send/receive e-mail to/from some places (blocked) or e-mail is often delayed?
Do your end-users complain about non-standard or lack of communications for system down time?
Here is something that so many businesses deal with and that isn’t letting the end-users know about when the systems are going to be down for maintenance. It is always a good idea to give some lead time of when scheduled maintenance is going to happen so that everyone can plan for it. Sure, there are going to be times when there is an emergency system down but at least if you have let users know of scheduled down times they might be less likely to complain when the unexpected system down happens.

The problem might not be you but actually the material that you are training on.

The blank page can be something that we all deal with and just sitting with someone to get you over this might be what you need. Be it helping with the content or helping organize what you have these are some of the options that we can sit down and discuss with you.
Are you preparing for any compliance audits or want to check how your data is secured, protected and available to those who need it versus those who don't?
Do you need someone to help you set-up your accounting software and then let you do as much or little of the work yourself?
